What You Need to Know

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date with sufficient notice.

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit.

Lateness

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.

Frequently Asked

Pain levels vary depending on placement and personal tolerance. Areas like the ribs, ditch of the elbow, or spine are more sensitive. Most clients find it very manageable and your artist will guide you through the session.

The surface layer typically heals within 2 to 4 weeks. Full skin-deep healing takes around 3 to 6 months. Following aftercare instructions carefully is essential to a clean, lasting result.

Eat a good meal beforehand, stay well hydrated, and get a decent sleep the night before. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed. Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Absolutely. If you have reference images or a concept in mind, we'll work with it and tailor it to suit you. Alternatively, your artist can create a fully bespoke design from scratch based on a consultation.

Protect Your Investment

Tattoo Aftercare

Proper aftercare ensures your tattoo heals clean and stays looking its best. Follow these instructions carefully.

Immediately After
  • Leave the wrap on for 2 to 4 hours unless advised otherwise by your artist
  • Wash hands before touching the tattoo
  • Gently clean with warm water and mild fragrance-free soap
  • Pat dry with a clean towel — do not rub
Daily Care
  • Apply a thin layer of aftercare cream 2 to 3 times daily
  • Keep the area clean and dry throughout the day
  • Wear loose clothing over the tattooed area
  • Continue this routine for around 10 to 14 days
What to Avoid
  • Do not scratch or pick at scabs or peeling skin
  • Avoid swimming, baths, hot tubs, and saunas for at least 2 weeks
  • No direct sunlight or tanning on the tattoo
  • Do not use alcohol, petroleum jelly, or heavily scented lotions
When to Seek Advice
  • Excessive redness or swelling beyond the first few days
  • Severe pain or unusual heat around the tattoo
  • Pus or unusual discharge from the area
  • Any signs of infection or allergic reaction — contact us immediately
